Meet Brian

Vancouver is known worldwide for many things: an affable climate, likeable people, first-rate livability rankings, stunning postmodern architecture and beautiful natural geography. Vancouverites take great pride in their city, therefore its real estate agents should be equally passionate about the addresses they sell. Born and raised in Vancouver’s North Shore, Realtor Brian Higgins doesn’t just work in the area; he lives and plays in it too. Brian owns investment properties in Coal Harbour, Gastown and Yaletown. He’s an active community member who regularly participates in the Ride to Conquer Cancer, having raised more than $15,000 in the past three years. He also volunteers with the Carousel Theatre for Young People, a non-profit organization that helps bring youth and theatre performances together. Growing up in the local area he attended both the University of British Columbia and Capilano College. Brian bought his first property in 2004 after spending years learning the city’s history, developing an understanding of the intricacies of the localized submarkets and obtaining an in-depth knowledge of the construction process. In 2012 he became a full-time Realtor and by 2014 was named a Medallion Member of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board (which puts him in the top 10% of the region). As a Realtor he uses this deep skill set to help his clients understand not only the homes they’re buying, but also how they’re built and the value behind the walls. Outside of real estate, you can find Brian running marathons, playing hockey and volleyball, or planning his next travel destination with his wife Crystal, a registered nutritionist. He prides himself on a healthy work-life balance, and acts with the upmost integrity when assisting clients. His passion is clear: finding the right address for you, because not only is he your Realtor, he’s also your neighbour.

Meet Amy

From whitecap coastal mountains and pristine waterfront views to unabridged cultural and artistic vibrancy, Vancouver is the perfect canvas in which habitants can create the highest quality of life possible. In this city, you’re not only selling property, you’re helping people achieve their goal of obtaining a dream home, and a dream lifestyle. When Realtor Amy Leong found her passion for real estate, her goal was to own three properties before 30. Having achieved this, she now focuses on helping clients not only find homes but solid investment properties that meet a plethora of economic checklists and allow them to take control of their financial futures. Amy obtained her Bachelor of Communications from Simon Fraser University and prides herself on cutting edge marketing strategies to create win-win situations. Amy believes creativity creates opportunities and if you surround yourself with the right people, you will succeed. A devout member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN), she loves nothing more than learning about her craft. Amy regularly attends meetings where she educates herself about economic fundamentals to obtain a high level of knowledge when it comes to real estate. Amy has a zest for the compassionate side of life. Although she swears she isn't a crazy cat lady, she has rescued two cats to date and also adopted an Australian koala bear named Minky. Currently she lives downtown and can be found running the seawall, cozying up with a good book in a local coffee shop or spending time with her friends. Anyone who knows Amy knows she lives by the mantra of writing down goals, and then ticking them off, one by one. When a realtor has your best interests as their best interests, good things happen.
